About Bashkart
Bashkart is an online store based in India, selling party and celebration products including:
- Balloons (birthday, foil, confetti, theme, number balloons)
- Birthday decorations (combo kits, banners, sashes, cake table items, return gifts)
- Wedding & pre-wedding decorations (haldi, mehndi, bride-to-be, groom-to-be kits)
- Special occasion products (Halloween, farewell, retirement, Annaprashan kits)
Eligibility
By using Bashkart, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age, or using the website under adult supervision
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law
- The information you provide during checkout is accurate and complete
Orders & Pricing
All prices on Bashkart are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Prices may change without prior notice
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; it is confirmed only after payment is successful
- Bashkart reserves the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud
- In case of order cancellation by us, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method
Payment
Bashkart accepts the following payment methods:
- Credit cards & Debit cards (Visa and other major networks)
- UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
- Online bank transfers / Net banking
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All orders must be paid online at the time of checkout.
All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Bashkart does not store any card or UPI details on its servers.
Shipping & Delivery
Bashkart delivers across India only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
- Delivery typically takes 2 to 6 business days depending on your location
- Shipping charges vary based on your delivery location and will be shown at checkout
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email or SMS
- Bashkart is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Returns & Refunds3-day policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Our return policy is as follows:
- Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
- To initiate a return, email us at bashkart@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
Returns will not be accepted for items that are damaged due to customer misuse, balloons that have been inflated, or items returned after 3 days of delivery.
Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us at bashkart@gmail.com
- Orders that have already been packed or dispatched cannot be cancelled
- Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days
Product Images & Descriptions
We make every effort to display products accurately on our website. However:
- Actual product colors may slightly vary due to screen/display settings
- Product images are for representation purposes only
- Combo kit contents are as described in the product listing

All content on Bashkart — including logos, images, product descriptions, and website design — is the property of Bashkart and is protected under applicable Indian copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without our written permission.
Prohibited Activities
When using Bashkart, you must not:

- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage our website
