Bashkart delivers across India only. We carefully pack all balloon and decoration products to ensure they reach you safely and on time.
All orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation.

Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day
- Once dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email or phone number
- Bashkart is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or incorrect delivery addresses
Returns Policy3-day window
We want you to love every purchase from Bashkart. If you are not satisfied, here is our return policy:
- Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery date
- Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Email us at bashkart@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product
- Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions
- Return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer
Returns will NOT be accepted for: inflated balloons, damaged-by-customer items, customized/personalized products, or requests made after 3 days of delivery.
Refund Policy
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be credited to your original payment method (card, UPI, or bank account)
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- If you received a damaged or wrong item, we will arrange a full refund or free replacement — contact us within 3 days of delivery
Wrong or damaged item received? We will replace it or refund you fully — no questions asked.
Order Cancellation
- Cancel within 12 hours of placing the order by emailing bashkart@gmail.com
- Orders already packed or dispatched cannot be cancelled
- Refund for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days
